  1. 44 monthly production efficiency data points were excluded from the analysis, leaving 710 monthly data points for analysis due to their full production rate falling below 50%. The 44 months excluded from the analysis are as follows: Farm 1 (November to December 2021); Farm 2 (January to May 2021); Farm 4 (May to June 2022); Farm 5 (March to November 2023); Farm 8 (June to July 2021); Farm 9 (February to April 2021); Farm 10 (December 2021 to March 2022); Farm 12 (December 2023); Farm 17 (January to April 2022 and December 2023); Farm 18 (November 2021 to March 2022); Farm 21 (November 2021 to March 2022); and Farm 22 (June 2021). sd, standard deviation; Significance is indicated by differing letters among groups (superscripted letters a, b, c), while no differences are observed within groups sharing the same letter
  2. PRRSV Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, PN PRRSV provisional negative, PS PRRSV-positive stable, PU PRRSV-positive unstable, * P value < 0.05, ** P value < 0.01, *** P value < 0.001
